Home, sweet home. Kind of. :) Jayme and I are back at Teethsavers tonight! We survived three days and two nights in the village and are now resting comfortably; clean and in real beds. I have a new found appreciation for such things! When we got home this afternoon, all we wanted to do was head straight for the showers - we hadn't had any running water or been clean in three days - but when we walked in the door, Laita told us that the water in the house was out. No water. No shower. No way to wash off the inch of village dirt on everything....oh well...TIA. Thankfully the water came back on around dinner time. That shower was the most wonderful amazing blessed thing in the world! :)

Seeing Danielle, Mike, and Jenna this morning was like a breath of fresh air. After finishing our clinic duties, we played with the kids for the last time. They all seemed to think my name was "Kitsy" and called me "Kits" for short, but it was better than "mzungu!"

Tomorrow I am doing laundry. I must.
